What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.


Do you accept orders placed outside the US?
At this time, orders are limited to the U.S.


Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, we will email you a tracking number once your order ships. If you have not received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.


I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?
We work with multiple global partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately; this is to speed up delivery. Rest assured, you will receive all the items that you ordered.


What if I need to modify my order?
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your payment information, so we cannot change the order. 


How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us to cancel your order.

What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must have purchased one of the items sold on extraextradesigns.com. Our return policy lasts for 14 days after purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Sale items are non-returnable. 


The item being returned must be in the same condition as you have received it. It must be unused and sent back in the original packaging. If it is not, no or only a partial refund will be granted. Once your return is received, we will notify you. The package and its content will be inspected, and we will let you know when the return is approved or rejected within 14 business days. If the return is approved, we will send you funds equal to the purchase amount to the payment method you have used during checkout.

If the item you've received is damaged or defective, we can arrange an exchange for you. To return or exchange your items, please send us an email and mail your items to: PO Box 825, Rising Sun, MD 21911. Shipping fees for return items are your responsibility, and you must pay for them. Your order's shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have paid for shipping in your order, these costs will be deducted from your refund. If you're shipping items worth over $50, please consider shipping the package using a track&trace number or purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your item.
